Apparel Singapore

Apparel Singapore is the first collective brand identity for Singapore-managed apparel companies and represents companies who are trusted business partners, highly reliable, reputable, customer-focused, adaptable and integrated in their service offerings. The branding initiative is managed by the Textile and Fashion Federation Singapore (TaFf), and supported by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore and SPRING Singapore.

Singapore’s textile and apparel industry continues to grow significantly with rising export volumes, through offshore factories owned by Singapore-managed companies. In fact, the industry generated S$5.7 billion in offshore sales in 2007 – a 78% increase from S$3.2 billion in 2003.

Apparel Singapore aims to raise the profile of Singapore-managed apparel companies to help them stay ahead of the competition. One of the key initiatives is to market member companies as brand ambassadors directly to the markets such as the US, Japan and Europe.
